How to Open a Ticket in WoW

If you ever encounter a technical issue and can’t figure out how to resolve it, you should open a ticket.

To open a ticket in WoW,

1. Open the Game Menu.

2. Choose the “Support” option to open the Customer Support window.

3. Click the “Contact Support” tab.

4. Expand the category that corresponds to your issue.

5. Select the subcategory that most closely matches your issue. If you can’t find a good match, click the “Not listed here” option or try a different category.

6. If Blizzard’s provided recommendations or options don’t help, click the “Contact Us” button.

7. Make your description as clear and detailed as possible. Mention what you have tried so Blizzard Customer Support can try other solutions or give you new ideas.

8. Review your ticket’s description and then click the red “Submit” button.

9. On the next window, scroll to the button and click the red “Submit” button.

How Long Does It Take for Blizzard to Respond to a Ticket?

In my experience, it takes Blizzard 24-48 hours to respond to a ticket.

How Do I Check on My Ticket?

1. In the Customer Support window, click the “My Tickets” tab.

2. Use this page to check on the status of each of your tickets. To learn more about a ticket, click on its title.

How Will Blizzard Contact Me?

If you’re online, you may be notified via in-game chat that a “GM would like to chat with you”.

In that case, you can click the message and begin a chat with a Blizzard Game Master.

If you’re offline, Blizzard will most likely respond to your issue via email.

Does Blizzard Respond to Tickets on the Weekends?
